Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destinations
- We are currently shipping to Australia only. We apologize for the inconvenience and are not able to ship to other regions at this time.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

- Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
- Orders over $80 qualify for free standard shipping (domestic).
- Shipping fees for international orders vary based on destination and shipping method.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by destination.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed or missing, please contact our customer service at info@skindom.com.au
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- Certain beauty products may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to regulations.
- Please be advised that delivery to P.O. Box addresses is not guaranteed and may not be available in some cases. To avoid delays or failed deliveries, we strongly recommend providing a valid residential or business street address at checkout.
- If you select “Authority To Leave”, we regret we cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen parcels and therefore we cannot offer any replacement orders or refunds.
- We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
- For delivery to some rural and semi rural areas Australia Post has restricted delivery operations and no capability to deliver with signature. A card will also be left with pick up details.
- Once an order has been submitted, we cannot change, add to or cancel an online order once payment has been received. If you no longer need your order once it is delivered, you can return it back to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt by accessing our returns portal here.
